How to turn photos into a PDF
- Choose the photos from your phone or computer, one or many. Each one becomes a page, in any mix of JPG, PNG, HEIC, WebP and the other common picture formats.
- Drag the photos into the order you want, or move them with the arrows. Turn a sideways photo with Rotate left 90° or Rotate right 90°.
- Choose the page: each photo’s own shape, or A4 or US Letter with a margin, fitted inside the page or filling it.
- Select Create PDF, then Download to save it, or share it straight from your phone.
Photos, pictures and scans of paper
Whatever you call them — photos, pictures, snaps of a document — they go into one PDF in the order you set. A phone’s JPG photo goes in byte for byte and keeps its quality, turned the way the camera recorded it. Other formats are opened on this device and stored without loss as they look on screen. The location, the date and the camera details a phone stores inside a photo are not carried into the PDF, so the file you send says nothing about where the photo was taken.
Current limitations
HEIC photos, the iPhone’s own format, open only in a browser that reads HEIC itself: Safari on a Mac, and any browser on an iPhone or iPad (iOS 17 or later). Elsewhere, save them as JPG first. A photographed page is a picture, so its words cannot be searched or copied, and the PDF is not straightened or cropped for you. Larger batches than this device can place safely are refused when you choose them, before anything runs.

- Does the PDF keep where and when my photos were taken?
- No. The location, the date and the camera details a phone stores inside a photo are not carried into the PDF.
